Prospective tenants & buyers

Standard Operating Procedures

Available upon request.

New York requires real estate brokers to adopt written standard operating procedures that apply equally to every prospective tenant and buyer. These cover, for example, whether identification is required before a showing, whether pre-approval or proof of funds is required, and whether an exclusive agreement is required.

Standard Operating Procedures available on request.

Whatever the procedures say, they are applied in the same way to everyone, consistent with federal, New York and New Jersey fair housing laws. See our Fair Housing statement.
