How we use it

• To answer your inquiry and contact you by email, phone call or text message about it.
• To process rental applications, leases and rent payments.
• To meet legal and record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for marketing texts without your consent. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run our business, such as our online tenant and owner portal, tenant screening and payment providers, only as needed to provide those services, and where the law requires.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The tenant and owner portals are run by a third party and have their own privacy policies.

Your choices
